Meet Steve Lambert

Steve has always had a fascination with construction, architecture, business, and people, so, it is no surprise that his passion became building a construction company. He found himself without a home many times as a child which may be one of the reasons he understands how important each client’s home and/or business is to them.

His professional career began in trade school and working on any job site that he could get onto. After trade school, he worked throughout different trades while earning a business management degree from Northampton Community College. As a lifelong student, Steve continues to learn everything he can in construction and in business.

One of Steve’s biggest goals is to be a part of a team that is in constant pursuit of mastery. The name Tier 1 sets the bar for the level of expectation Steve has in himself and every team member in order to deliver superior quality and results to each project.
